About Us
We, Jim & Cindy McDermott, now live in Southwest Missouri after having lived 14 years in Maryland. We have been married 21 years and God has blessed us with 12 children. We have 7 daughters and 5 sons. Our oldest is 20-years-old and our youngest is two months.
Jim is an eccentric man, but he is handsome, charming, and very humble. He has a BA in theology and is 2 credits short of a MA in public policy. He has taught school, been a signals analyst in the army, and managed restaurants.

Jim has also had his past failures, including an Amway business, a Christian newspaper, and a political party. But he always has reason to be happy because he is forgiven and because he is married to the most wonderful Proverbs 31 girl on the planet.
Cindy has amazing patience and good humor to have lived with Jim for all those years. She has been a Registered Nurse for some time, but she is striving hard to achieve her ultimate career goal: full time wife and mom.
